Painterly Fire Hydrants Are Popping Up In Albany
So I was heading to the gym the other day when I noticed someone painting a fire hydrant. At first I thought she was doing fancy graffiti, but when I spoke to her it turns out that she and another artist were commissioned by the Arts Commission to spruce up the hydrants. Ok, that is awesome.
