Our Story
Krista Miller and Rosie Papazian are longtime East Bay Realtors and the co-owners of The Krista + Rosie Team @ Abio Properties, a top-producing real estate team specializing in helping home buyers and sellers throughout the San Francisco East Bay. Besides being active in the local real estate community, Krista and Rosie are passionate about making a difference in their communities and understand the impact that a home can have on a person’s life – for every home they sell they help build a home for a family in need.
Krista Miller
Since 2004 Krista has been an active member of the real estate community, helping hundreds of buyers and sellers with their housing needs. With a background in design and marketing Krista works hard at keeping the Krista + Rosie Team organized, on target, and socially-connected. Her fierce negotiation skills, creative marketing approach and astute attention to detail have made her a successful agent. You can find Krista running or hiking throughout the Berkeley Hills, sipping a warm latte in the sun, or munching on dark chocolate. Krista lives with her husband and two curly-hair daughter’s in Albany, CA.
Rosie Papazian
In 2013 Rosie left the non-profit and education sector and entered the world of real estate to team up with her long-time friend, Krista. Rosie’s creative thinking and quick problem solving skills, along with her ability to listen, has made her a highly respected agent. Because Rosie thinks outside of the box she has been highly successful at finding homes for all of her clients, despite the low inventory. Rosie is an avid runner and cycler, pod-cast listener, and is happiest enjoying the amazing natural beauty of the Bay. She lives in Montclair with her husband, two adorable girls, and two playful kitties.

Krista: Rivoli is hands down my favorite restaurant to enjoy a good meal.
Rosie: Any coffee shop with a plug for my computer, some tunes playing in the background and an awesome iced–tea!
Favorite Outdoor Spot
Krista: The Westbrae Biergarten is my favorite spots to sit outdoors and share a beer and snack with friends.
Rosie: Forge pizza in jack london- yummy pizza, great chill vibe and view of the water.
Favorite Thing To Do
Krista: Hiking in Tilden, camping in the woods, or going for a run while on vacation
Rosie: Walking around new cities and discovering all the interesting nooks and crannies, reading books that change my perspective, going for a run with my hubs, snuggling up and watching an awesome movie with the kids.
Best Coffee Spot
Krista: Hal’s Coffee or the Highwire Coffee from the Airstream Trailer at Flowerland, both on Solano Ave in Albany
Rosie: My current favorite spots right now are Hal’s on Solano or Boot n’ Shoe on Grand but I am always looking!
