For Realtors there are 3 things we love: awesome houses, great food, and having a good time.  If you find any of these then you will likely find a Realtor attached to it.

Then comes December… where there are not a lot of awesome houses to see, but there is a ton of great food and good times to be had.  And so we find ourselves, once again, at the annual BAR Gala to install the 2014 Board of Directors and President, and the 2013 Realtor Awards Ceremony.  This year the event was at the Berkeley City Club, and it was pouring rain.  Pouring!  Nonetheless it was a great time.  Here are a few of my favorite pics:
