And then Alva…first time homebuyers who found us on yelp; shortly after meeting we wrote their first offer and bam! Offer accepted.

Our Stannage listing belonged to a family that had lived in the home for decades – the seller was an inventor and many of his inventions were still in the basement. So much fun!
