I would like to officially announce that I have a new partner {in crime}…Rosie Papazian, or as some call her, Rosie the Realtor.

I first met Rosie years  ago when she and her fiance walked into an open house of mine in Maxwell Park.  Several months and one wedding later, I helped these newlyweds close on their first home.  Over the years we remained friends, and having young girls close in age helped to seal that relationship.

A few years ago we started chatting about real estate: the ability to have self-generated income and the flexibility it provides – especially for moms with small kids.  Fast forward to 2013 and Rosie is a licensed agent.  And I have the absolute pleasure of calling her my partner.

Although Rosie comes from the non-profit world she has been helping her husband and his business partner run their successful company doing flips and improving the local communities it serves.
