The seller has really been thoughtful about the things she did to get it on the market, such a rarity these days.  The kitchen has been tastefully remodeled and includes new black and white checked flooring, black on black countertops, new paint and a new stove.  The seller also had new floors put in the laundry room and master bathroom.
